We are happy to receive your feedback and general comments by e-mail and will endeavour to reply to them but we will not respond to any customer or account specific enquiries.
For personal account enquiries please call arm chair banking on 08457 212 212 which is open 24 hours a day.
For insurance and investments enquiries please call 08457 46 46 46 available 8am - 8pm, Mon – Fri and 8am - 5pm on Saturday.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for security and training purposes.
Calls to 0845 numbers will cost no more than 4p per minute for BT customers. Call charges from other companies may vary and you may want to check this with your service provider.
